Public Hearing - Dec. 16

Notice is hereby given that the Eaton Township Trustees will hold a public hearing at Eaton Township Hall, 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd, on December 16th, 2025, at 6:00PM on the proposed rezoning of one parcel from Light Industrial (L-1) to Residential (R-1). The proposed area to be rezoned is approximately 5.100 acres. This hearing is for the application to amend the current resolution on the following parcel:

11-000-57-000-080: Owner Dave Surman, Address V/L Capel Rd, Grafton, OH, 44044

The application proposing to rezone these parcels will be available for examination at 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd from 8am-3pm, Mon-Fri, for a period of at least ten days prior to the hearing.
