Notice is hereby given that the Eaton Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on October 8th, 2025, at 5:00 PM, at Township Hall, 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd, on an application to amend Article 2 of the Eaton Township Zoning Resolution.

 

The application proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination at 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd from 8am-3pm, Mon-Fri, for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the Eaton Township Trustees will hold a public hearing at Eaton Township Hall, 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd, on October 8th, 2025, at 5:30 pm on the proposed rezoning of five parcels from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-4).  The proposed area to be rezoned is approximately 147.41 acres.  This hearing is for the application to amend the current resolution on the following parcels:

11-00-010-000-034, 11-00-010-000-028: Owner: William Majcher, Address: 9821 Root Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028

11-00-011-000-001, 11-00-011-000-014: Owner: Joseph Bartick and Christine Godby, Address: V/L Reed Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028

 

The application proposing to rezone these parcels will be available for examination at 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd from 8am-3pm, Mon-Fri, for a period of at least ten days prior to the hearing.
