Part of the 2025 Eaton Township Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

The Eaton Township Zoning Commission has authorized work to update the existing Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) in an effort to guide the growth and development of our community over the next decade.

At is core, this effort aims to preserve the things that make Eaton Township special while presenting the Trustees with a clear, thoughtful, and resident-led plan for our future development.

To accomplish these goals, the CLUP Steering Committee has distributed a 15- question community survey, which will be arriving in mailboxes. Your participation is crucial in helping our leaders understand what we value most, and how we can build the community we want for the future. Ultimately, this update gives residents a stronger voice in shaping how and where growth should occur in Eaton Township.

Completed surveys can be mailed, emailed, or dropped off at the Eaton Township offices located at 12043 Avon Beldon Road, Grafton, OH 44044 and must be returned no later November 7th, 2025.

If you are not a registered voter or did not receive your copy in the mail, surveys will be available at the same address during standard business hours.
