Notice is hereby given that the Eaton Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on June 23rd, 2026, at 6:30 PM, at Township Hall, 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd, on an application to add Cluster Subdivision Overlay to the following parcels:

1. 11-00-011-000-017: 9565 Reed Rd, Columbia Station, OH 44028

2. 11-00-010-000-062: 9690 Root Rd, Columbia Station, OH 44028

3. 11-00-011-000-016: 9690 Root Rd, Columbia Station, OH 44028

4. 11-00-010-000-033: V/L Root Rd, Columbia Station, OH 44028

5. 11-00-010-000-034: 9821 Root Rd, Columbia Station, OH 44028

6. 11-00-011-000-001: V/L Reed Rd, Columbia Station, OH 44028

7. 11-00-011-000-014: V/L Reed Rd, Columbia Station, OH 44028

The application proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination at 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd from 8am-3pm, Mon-Fri, for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing.
