The Board of Eaton Township Trustees will meet May 19th at 5:45pm for a special meeting. Located at Township Hall 12043 Avon Belden Rd Grafton, OH 44044. The following topics will be discussed. Discussion with Bob Yost about Woods of Eaton and Beaver Creek Housing Developments. Any excessive session per O.R.C 121.22 (G) 1-7. Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (rain or shine) Meet at Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township Volunteers needed to help place flags on our Veteran's graves at the Butternut Ridge Cemetery in preparation for the Memorial Day celebration.

Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township Annual Memorial Day Presentation. Join us as we salute and honor our Veterans at Butternut Ridge Cemetery.

Eaton Township Compost Site (Residents Only) will open Saturday, March 28, from 7 am to 1 pm. Only unbagged yard waste (branches, brush, leaves, and grass clippings) is acceptable.

The leaf truck has been out of service since the end of November, and repairs and parts have been delayed, and this is unfortunately out of the Townships' control. When we have more information on when the truck will be repaired and how we will go forward with leaf pick up, we will pass along that information. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconveniences.

Eaton Township Spring Dumpster Day is Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m.-2 pm, for residents only. Use the Rte. 83 entrance @ the Town Hall. You may bring furniture, appliances, metal objects, and trash. Do not bring garbage, commercial waste, tires, TVs, computers, electronic waste, construction/demolition debris, or household hazardous waste (oil, paints, etc).

Eaton Township is accepting application for the Railroad Quiet Zone Committee volunteers. Applications can be found on our website at eatontownship.org or you can pick up an application at townhall located at 12043 Avon Belden Rd Grafton OH 44044.
