Notice is hereby given that the Eaton Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on August 3rd, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at Township Hall, 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd, on an application to Rezone (a portion of this parcel, 103 acres roughly across from S>R83 from Crystal Creek Court and the Buckeye Petroleum Tank Farm) from LC-1 & LI-1 to R-3 of parcel #:

11-00-056-000-003: Kamm’s Corner Realty Limited Partnership: 876 Bradley Ave. Westlake, OH 44145

The application proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination at 12043 S. Avon Belden Rd from 8am-3pm, Mon-Fri, for a period of at least 10 days prior to the hearing.
