PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

Eaton Township Board of Zoning Appeals is rescheduling a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, at 7:00pm to August 11th, 2026, at 7:00pm. At Eaton Township Hall, located at 12043 Avon Belden Rd Grafton, OH 44044. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a petition of zoning findings for Three Z Supply located at 34020 Royalton Rd, Columbia Station OH 44028. The petition to consider is requested by Karl and Colette Hawke of 33920 Royalton Rd Columbia Station OH 44028. Information pertaining to this petition consideration is available for viewing ten (10) days prior to August 11th, 2026, hearing date, during normal business hours of the Eaton Township Hall office.
